Lau Pa Sat (also known as Telok Ayer Market) is a popular food centre located in the heart of Singapore’s business district (CBD). After lunching here for almost two years, I have consolidated a list of my favourite 12 stalls in this article. Enjoy! Continue reading

A Noodle Story – AWESOME Noodles at Amoy Street Food Centre (Singapore)!

A good friend introduced me to A Noodle Story at Amoy Street Food Centre recently, and I was blown away by the stall’s delicious noodles! Located on the first floor, this small stall is famous for its fusion noodles dish which seems to be a cross between Japanese Ramen and Chinese Wanton Mee; or as the owners call it, “Singapore-style Ramen”. Due to its popularity with office workers in the surrounding CBD area, there is always a long queue here during lunchtime on weekdays. I waited about 30 minutes when I went down on a Thursday afternoon, but it was well worth the wait! Continue reading
