1. Aberdeen Street Social

Lobster Roll (HKD188)

Aberdeen Street Social is a two floor restaurant-bar that offers modern British cuisine, delicious small bites, desserts, and drinks.

It is helmed by Michelin star Chef Jason Atherton, and is also on the Michelin Plate list 2018. This is a designation for “restaurants where the (Michelin) inspectors have discovered quality food.”

We really liked the design of this venue, which has outdoor terraces on both floors and is surrounded by lush greenery.

Drinks are really affordable too. During happy hour (5pm to 7pm), cocktails starts at just $68 and wines / beers go for just $50.

Loupe Teahouse is a quaint teahouse that serves premium teas, brunch items and artisanal mocktails. But we liked most were the super Instagram-worthy pastries inspired by jewellery design.

It is part of Loupe, an incubator for aspiring jewellery designers founded by Chow Tai Fook Jewellery and Chow Tai Fook Art Foundation.
