Clinton Street Baking Company & Restaurant New York – Best Blueberry Pancakes in the World
It was a cold Sunday morning in New York City and we were waiting outside Clinton Street Baking Company & Restaurant for our turn to enter the restaurant. However, we had heard that this restaurant serves fantastic blueberry pancakes and we were willing to wait in the cold for those famous pancakes! Blueberry Pancakes with Warm Maple Butter

It tasted A-W-E-S-O-M-E!
The pancakes were absolutely soft and fluffy, with a warm alluring fragrance enhanced by the delicate sweet flavour of powdered sugar. And of course, the blueberries tasted amazing as well, with a sweet alluring taste that romanced and seduced my taste buds. To put it simply, the velvety blueberries and fluffy pancakes were a match made in heaven. I could have eaten all the pancakes with just the blueberries, but I decided to pour on some warm maple syrup. The sweet luscious syrup went perfectly with the pancakes, creating a different but equally awesome gastronomical experience.
