Burger & Lobster NYC – Super Satisfying Lobster and Lobster Roll in New York City

We ate at many great restaurants in Manhattan (New York City), and one of our favourites has got to be Burger & Lobster NYC! This famous joint serves just three items: Burgers, Lobsters, and Lobster Rolls.

Burger & Lobster was started in London by a group of friends in 2011. Since then, it has expanded globally to many countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Sweden, and more!

Convivial Atmosphere with Great Service!

We visited the Burger & Lobster Flatiron branch, and I really liked the ambience of this no-frills spacious restaurant. The casual and convivial atmosphere makes it the perfect place for diners to dine comfortably with family and friends. Service was quite good too.

The Pounder

And so we ordered The Pounder ($20), a tantalizing one-pound grilled lobster. It came with a simple salad and chips. This was such a satisfying dish! The portion was large for its very affordable price of $20. The white lobster meat tasted really fresh and sweet, and it went perfectly with the signature lemon and garlic butter sauce.

The Original Lobster Roll

And of course, we had to try the The Original Lobster Roll ($20)! This dish came with salad and chips too. The simple lobster roll consisted of sweet lobster meat tossed in Japanese mayo with chives, wrapped in a hot toasted buttered bun. The succulent lobster meat combined with the luscious mayo for a party of rich savoury flavours in my mouth. The buttery toasted bun completed the satisfying sensory experience.

Conclusion

With its affordable price, good service, and great ambience, it is no wonder that Burger & Lobster NYC is one of the most popular restaurants in New York City. We visited the Flatiron branch, but a new branch has opened near Bryant Park as well. We really enjoyed indulging in the tantalizing lobster and lobster roll!
