12 Chairs was probably one of the nicest cafes we visited in New York City. This cafe serves delicious fusion Middle Eastern / European dishes. We simply loved the casual and comfortable vibe here, and service was wonderful too! Continue reading
We visited Breakroom Burgers & Tacos late one night during our trip to New York City, and we simply loved the tacos here! This is a small joint that serves a variety of delicious Mexican fusion tacos and burgers. Continue reading
We found lots of awesome places to eat in Manhattan, arguably the most vibrant borough of New York City. I am salivating just thinking about all the delicious food we ate! We visited over 50 food joints in Manhattan alone, and below is a list of our top twelve eateries, arranged in alphabetical order. Continue reading
It was a sunny Saturday afternoon and we were on our way to check out The Bank Bar + Bistro along Shenton Way. The restaurant recently launched its brand new menu and we were eager to check out the new dishes it had to offer! Continue reading
A good friend introduced me to A Noodle Story at Amoy Street Food Centre recently, and I was blown away by the stall’s delicious noodles! Located on the first floor, this small stall is famous for its fusion noodles dish which seems to be a cross between Japanese Ramen and Chinese Wanton Mee; or as the owners call it, “Singapore-style Ramen”. Due to its popularity with office workers in the surrounding CBD area, there is always a long queue here during lunchtime on weekdays. I waited about 30 minutes when I went down on a Thursday afternoon, but it was well worth the wait! Continue reading

When I first saw the adorable food cubes at Food Anatomy in Tanjong Pagar Centre, I was a little skeptical about how they would taste. Could Nasi Lemak still taste good after it was shaped into a cube? But after I took my first bite, all my doubts were gone and I am now a fan of this awesome bistro! Continue reading
When I first tried Chalong’s charcoal grilled meat bowls at Tanjong Pagar Centre, I was literally blown away by how delicious it tasted. This is definitely one of my favourite eateries in Singapore! Chalong specializes in awesome charcoal grilled meats that are cooked in the acclaimed Josper Charcoal Oven, and smoked with apple wood to give it more depth and flavour. The chef also uses the Sous vide cooking technique, where food is cooked at a controlled temperature under vacuum in a hot water bath. The control of heat allows consistency in temperature of the cooked meats, ensuring premium quality every time. Continue reading
And yet another Poke Bowl has opened in Singapore! Makai Poke is the latest eatery that has joined the wave of poke bowl joints sweeping across Singapore and the world. Continue reading
The F&B and retail space at Tanjong Pagar Centre is now officially open! When I visited, I was spoilt for choice on what to eat as there are literally dozens of eateries from Basement 2 to Level 1 of the tower.
I was curious to find out what’s the big deal about Tanjong Pagar Centre and did some research online. This is a 64-storey “vertical city” that comprises of an office tower, a luxury residence, an atas hotel, six levels of retail/F&B space, and even a park! Incidentally, it is also the tallest building in Singapore. This is definitely the coolest place of the moment in CBD.
This article contains a list of interesting eateries in Tanjong Pagar Centre that offers delicious food (arranged in alphabetical order). I’m still exploring the numerous F&B joints, so this article will be updated along the way. Continue reading
Savis Food is now located at Marina Food House along Phillip Street, offering fusion Western food with elements of Asian cuisines. This is a popular lunch area for office workers in the surrounding CBD, and we were curious to see if Savis Food would stand out from the numerous eateries in the vicinity. Continue reading
